Duties of the Pastoral Ministry [Matthew 9:36]

The duties of the Pastoral Ministry is to:

• Know the people of the Church
• Feed the people of the Church with spiritual food
• Lead the people of the Church
• Protect the people of the Church
• Encourage the people of the Church
• Work closely with members of the Eldership in spiritual and pastoral leadership
• Support the pastor and elders in leading the Church, so that it might fulfill its mission and vision of the Antioch principle
